Advisory Committee Role

The Advisory Committee serves as a strategic support body to Vision & Legacy Capital Group, providing expert guidance to strengthen organizational decisions, investor relations, and operational performance. The committee ensures that Vision & Legacy’s investments and initiatives align with its mission to revitalize communities, build generational wealth, and create sustainable impact.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic advice on real estate acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio growth

  • Review major business decisions and provide recommendations to leadership

  • Advise on investor relations strategies and community engagement approaches

  • Support alignment with legal compliance, regulatory standards, and industry best practices

  • Contribute specialized expertise to achieve organizational goals efficiently and ethically

Advisory Committee Positions and Descriptions

Advisory Committe Chair

Facilitates meetings, ensures productive discussions, and acts as the primary liaison between the committee and the Managing Member. Coordinates agendas and follow-up actions to keep initiatives moving forward.

Expectations:

  • Attend scheduled meetings (quarterly or as needed) and actively participate in discussions
  • Provide timely, honest, and constructive feedback on proposals and strategic initiatives
  • Share expertise, networks, and resources to strengthen Vision & Legacy Capital Group’s mission and growth
  • Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive organizational matters
  • Serve in a non-fiduciary, non-voting capacity, unless specifically appointed for special project oversight
  • Demonstrate commitment to Vision & Legacy’s mission of building generational wealth, promoting economic equity, and transforming communities through ethical and innovative investments

 

Real Estate Advisor

Provides expertise on property acquisitions, development strategies, and market insights. Reviews proposed deals and offers guidance to maximize returns and community impact.

Expectations: 

  • Attend scheduled meetings (quarterly or as needed) and actively participate in discussions
  • Provide timely, honest, and constructive feedback on proposals and strategic initiatives
  • Share expertise, networks, and resources to strengthen Vision & Legacy Capital Group’s mission and growth
  • Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive organizational matters

Finance and Investment Advisor

Guides financial planning, investment structures, and capital deployment. Reviews of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, offering insights to support strong fiscal management.

Advises on legal structures, contracts, and compliance. Ensures organizational activities meet regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks.
