Stavonn Harley is an emerging real estate expert, disciplined leader, and core investor dedicated to using strategic investments to build wealth and enhance communities. Originally from the Midwest, Stavonn graduated from Lake Central High School in Schererville, Indiana, in 2010. He earned his associate’s degree in liberal arts with a focus on Communications from Honolulu Community College and is currently completing his degree in Finance at the University of Hawaii. On campus, he holds a leadership position in Vanguard, a student organization that promotes empowerment and economic growth within the Black community.

From 2011 to 2016, Stavonn served honorably in the United States Navy as a systems organization technician and firewatch laborer. His military service developed his leadership, technical, and crisis management skills. Responsible for overseeing millions of dollars’ worth of equipment and ensuring the safety and readiness of his team, Stavonn built exceptional discipline, organizational capability, and decision-making strength.

Beyond his academic and military achievements, Stavonn dedicated time to coaching and mentorship as the junior varsity assistant basketball coach at Damien Memorial High School in Honolulu. In this role, he mentored student-athletes, encouraged leadership and sportsmanship, and supported the personal development of young men both on and off the court.

Stavonn brings a unique blend of emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and operational discipline to every endeavor. He thrives in multicultural environments, tackles challenges with calm focus, and believes that real estate is a powerful tool for economic change. His vision includes creating affordable housing solutions for veterans and supporting families to achieve financial stability and generational wealth.
