Our journey began with a group of twelve African American business owners who came together every Monday for over six months, united by a shared desire to make a real impact where it matters most, in our neighborhoods, for our families, and for generations to come. These weekly gatherings were more than meetings; they were spaces where dreams turned into plans, and plans turned into purpose. Together, we asked ourselves how we could combine our knowledge, experiences, and resources to build true legacy and generational wealth in communities too often left behind.

Childhood friends Joseph Harley and Michael Newell, both lifelong entrepreneurs and deeply respected community leaders, led these conversations with vision and heart.
